Refund, Return, and Cancellations

Payment Plan Agreements
The payment details (as outlined in your transaction and receipt) will be processed through your credit/debit card, as per the terms outlined in your agreement. The refund conditions are specified for each therapeutic program purchased in the contract you will receive prior to payment.

When purchasing online courses via the Teachingly platform, you agree that all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not available once access has been granted. The course access is personal, non-transferable, and intended for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your access without refund.

By completing your purchase, you also agree to abide by Teachingly’s terms of service in addition to the policies outlined here.

Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in euros (EUR), the official currency of the European Union. The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment.We do not store your financial information on our platform. Our third party service provider, Stripe, will store your details and will use these details for each successive billing period. We are not responsible for your data with Stripe. Cancellation Refund For Live Events
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programme, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If, for any reason, Daniela Borto cancels an event, all course fees will be returned in full. We cannot, however, reimburse the cost of any expenses, travel or accommodation arrangements and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
