Success: How to Tune into the Frequency of Your Dreams

We’ve all heard about the Law of Attraction, but a more accurate term would be the Law of Resonance. Two objects vibrating at the same frequency come into resonance. In other words, you attract and manifest in your life the things, people, and events that vibrate at the same frequency as you. This is what physics teaches us: this is how things work, both on a macrocosmic and microcosmic level! Just like when you tune into a radio station, you hear different programs depending on the frequency you choose. All broadcasts exist at the same time, but you only hear the one you are tuned into. The same happens in your life: things happen to you, or certain people enter your reality, only because you are tuned in or resonate with their vibration.

Take a close look at what’s happening in your life: if there is even one aspect that you dislike or that doesn’t make you happy, then you must understand that you are vibrating at a frequency that is not in resonance with what you truly desire. Decide today that you want to change your vibration to change your life!

Set Your Goals

You must be very clear about your goals for 2025 and for your life in general! What exactly do you want? What job do you want? What kind of relationship do you wish to have? How much money do you want to earn? Which countries do you want to visit? What kind of clothes do you want to wear? Write down everything you want to achieve in the short and long term. Do not write what you don’t want—avoid using negations or negative words (e.g., instead of "I don’t want to be sick," say "I want to enjoy perfect health and be physically active"). Always write your desires in the present tense. Express yourself as if you already possess what you desire. This has two powerful effects: it removes you from the low-energy state of lack and allows you to feel the emotions of happiness, joy, and gratitude as if you already have, do, and are what you want to manifest.

Most importantly, use the present tense: I have a house with a garden, I earn X amount monthly, I travel around the world, I am a successful coach, my book is a worldwide bestseller, etc. The past and future do not exist—everything happens in the present moment (this is what physics tells us).

It is precisely emotion that gives energy to your thoughts. In other words, if you think about your dreams, visualize them in your mind, and feel joy and gratitude in your heart, you are giving power to your dreams and attracting them more easily into your reality. This is why it is crucial to visualize and feel joy for your desires! Our subconscious responds primarily to emotions!

So close your eyes—it’s best to do this in a quiet, relaxed state—and visualize your dream life on the screen of your mind, down to every detail. Use all your senses: What do you see? What do you hear? How do you walk? See the colors, feel in your heart the emotions that this life brings you...

Remember, we are human beings first—you must be before you can do or have! Be the person who already has the job you desire, speak like someone who has the promotion, embody the person who becomes a successful writer! First, become the person you want to be, and then you will do and achieve the things you desire!

Self-Esteem

Your self-esteem is directly proportional to your success. Your confidence in your abilities, talents, and strengths determines whether or not you achieve the life you desire. Do you consider yourself someone with high self-esteem? If you believe you don’t deserve more than $50,000 a year, you won’t earn more than that. If you reach that amount, you might unconsciously do everything possible to lose it—overspending, making poor investments, etc.

How can you increase your self-esteem? A simple but effective exercise is to assume the Superman posture for 2-5 minutes. This reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and increases beneficial hormones like testosterone, oxytocin, and dopamine by up to 20%. It may seem strange, but simply changing your posture alters your body chemistry! Try doing this before a job interview, a meeting, or a romantic date!

Of course, there are many other tools to boost your confidence: reading books on the topic, taking courses, engaging in physical activity, practicing meditation, etc.

Beliefs

To attract anything, you must be in alignment with what you desire. If your subconscious holds negative programs that contradict your goals, the Law of Attraction will never work for you. Think about something you deeply desire and observe your first thought—if it’s something like "It’s too hard! Others can do it, but not me! How much effort will it take? There’s no money, the economy is bad...", these limiting beliefs are precisely what hold you back.

What can you do? Become aware of your inner dialogue. Where did these beliefs come from? Who told you this? Is it really true? Once you identify these mental programs, you can change them by changing your words and the images you feed your mind! Each time you catch yourself thinking negatively, replace it with a positive affirmation. Repeat positive statements for at least 21 days until they become automatic!

Victim Mindset

We are the creators of our destiny, but as long as we do it unconsciously, we believe external forces control our lives. Everything that happens to you—both good and bad—is your full responsibility. Responsibility means having the ability to respond to life.

Stop blaming your parents, neighbors, God, the government, or the economy for your circumstances. Instead, become aware of how your thoughts, decisions, and beliefs have shaped your current reality.

When you step out of the victim role, you reclaim your personal power and become the creator of your life. This is when true transformation begins!

Success Model

The famous coach Tony Robbins says that success leaves clues. If you want results in any field, find a successful person in that area and start modeling their behavior. Ask yourself:

What did this person do to get there?

What strategies did they use?

What advice do they give?

If you want to succeed, learn from those who have already done it!

Reading & Learning

Reading success stories, taking specialized courses, and deepening your knowledge will save you time and money. Reading expands your mind, changes your perspective, and fuels creativity! Successful people read a lot! But remember: knowledge is not power—applied knowledge is power!

Serving Others

If you focus only on the end result and ignore the journey, you will slow down your manifestation process. Ask yourself: Why do I want to achieve this goal? Who will benefit from my success?

Think about the people you will help once you succeed—perhaps you will create jobs, donate to charity, share knowledge, or provide valuable services. Keep this in mind, and the universe will reward you abundantly!

Energy

Quantum physics teaches us that everything is energy. Our thoughts are like antennas that send and receive waves. If we want to attract positive things, we must think positively about others and ourselves.

If you constantly dwell in fear, worry, and doubt, you lower your vibration and struggle to manifest your desires. But when you align with love, trust, and gratitude, you tap into the quantum field, where manifestation happens effortlessly!

Start practicing these steps daily—be more present and patient with yourself. Observe how your life changes in the coming months!
